I am working harder now then when I was working. Three part time jobs and none of them on the water. This will be my fourth season off the water. Whom ever said these would be my golden years did not know Jack. A single ray of sunshine entered my dreary world today. # 13XP9 0240 has joined the herd. A friend who restores 143 Jetfire's had picked it up and then found another 143 Jetfire to restore instead. The wife said this one goes to the front of the pack. What do you all think. SHES A BEAUTY, AL!!!!!!! original G3 WINDSHIELD, and LOVE the color, too!!! Did someone paint it, or is that gelcote? never seen a solid blue gel centerdeck before....solid RED/ white trim, yes but never solid blue! Do my old eagle eye spot what appears to be a new plywood 20" transom peeking over the top in that one pic? Perfect for a MIGHTY Johnson or Evinrude V4!!!!! how about the stringers? Floor? More pics pleeeeze!!! Must hug that wife of yours for giving this boat top priority- guess she is getting the boating itch too, after 4 seasons off the water!!! Time to seriously "retire" from all them part time jobs so you can "get 'er done" for next spring!!!! Keep us (me?) posted on the progress!!!
