I've just started restoring a 59 g3 with a Buick nailhead and cassle v drive. Anyone know anything about this configuration? Been doing a little searching and not finding much of anything

Hey Nailhead,
Welcome to the site! I personally don’t know a thing about a V-drive installation in a G-3. I think Buick was the only aluminum V8 block available. It ought to be a load of fun when you get it done!
Any questions about a ‘59 Hull resto, I can help with that... restored mine from a derelict.
Post some photos!
Dean

Hi Nailhead, You can’t post a photo from the quick reply window below... what I do is start the message there... then Post it. Then you see the post shown... then you will see the Edit button on the top right of my your post... and once you enter edit mode... you will see the Add Attachment button. There you will “Add the file” and then Insert it. Attachment DeletedThe catch is that each file cannot be bigger than 1 mb file size, but you can add up to three on each post. You won’t see the pics, but rather some codes... until you press the Save Changes button at the bottom. Hope this helps. And this one is for NUT.... HOOOORAHHH: Attachment Deleted
