Hi! Just acquired a beautiful little G3 open deck. I am not sure if my HIN is correct. The original HIN plate is missing. I found a metal plate near the transom with a number written on it with a black marker (14O12004). In the Netherlands, where I live, it is compulsory to register a fast boat and the details in on the ownership papers were completely incorrect. It was registered as a Eurocraft 410 – a similar looking boat but without the sponsons. I sent pictures to the registry authorities and used this website as a reference and they have since corrected the make and model. The only thing is I don’t know the year of manufacture. I put down 1967 but I can’t be sure of that. The seats are of the back-to-back type. Presumably the boat was built in Olympia. Can you confirm the year? I would love to add a photo of the boat but can’t seem to do that.

Hi Dutchman, My boat is a 1959 with 13XW90041 the W refered to Olympia,WA. the (9) refered to the year and the 0041 is the hull production number, I think there's a listing somewhere on this forum ? or maybe someone else can shed more info. But welcome to the fun...I've been almost 3years and have yet to get wet yet but.....coming this spring!

Thanks for that info, Badger. I think my number could be bogus. Thanks for your warm welcome. My boat is moored up in marina during the summer, so I get wet quite a bit. I am still working on my boat. I am fitting a dual fuel tank system with fuel gauge and a GPS speedometer in it at the moment. Once I’ve got it all fitted I would like to share photos of it all with the G3 community. Also I am taking my G3 down the River Vecht this weekend. I would love to share some pictures of that too. Vintage American in an ancient Dutch setting. Could be rather nice.
